Comet 17P/Holmes comparison with the sun.Comet 17P/Holmes so faint it's normally invisible to the naked eye burst into an explosion millions of times brighter that's in normal size in the course of just one day, Oct. 23rd - Oct. 24th, 2007.  Hubble has gathered incredible images that show a blue explosion of luminescent gasses and dust that originally was measured at 15,000 miles across but has since grown into a gigantic size that has been reported to dwarf the size of our sun.  The diameter of the outburst has grown to a size larger than our sun, 1.4 million kilometres in diameter and it's luminosity may not fade for months according to experts.

Morgawr, Sea Serpent of Cornwall By: Lighteyes01

The Cornish coast is a place of rugged beauty and great diversity. Ranging from sleepy golden bays to wave ravaged cliffs and traitorous waters that have claimed countless ships throughout the ages. What better a place than to set a century old tale about a giant sea beast? However; Morgawr is no story.

Morgawr means ‘sea giant’ in the ancient, but still used, dialect of the Cornish people.
